For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

2.1 By completing the registration process on pinoy777, checking any "I agree to the Terms and Conditions" checkbox, making any deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full;
• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the pinoy777 platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is legal;
• You are not a resident of, or accessing from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person in connection with your account;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of pinoy777 or its affiliated game providers.

2.2 These Terms are supplemented by, and should be read in conjunction with, our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2.3 pinoy777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the pinoy777 platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3.1 Minimum Age. The pinoy777 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in compliance with the minimum age requirements set by PAGCOR for casino-style online gaming in the Philippines. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility. pinoy777 primarily serves players located in the Philippines. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation in online gaming is lawful in their specific location at the time of play.

3.3 Identity Verification. pinoy777 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including but not limited to:

• A valid Philippine government-issued identification document (PhilSys ID, Driver's License, Passport, UMID, or Voter's ID);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within 90 days);

3.4 Failure to provide requested verification documents within 14 calendar days will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active pinoy777 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether to exploit promotional offers, circumvent suspension, or for any other reason — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pinoy777 employs device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts.

4.2 Accurate Information. Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. This includes, without limitation: full legal name as it appears on a government-issued Philippine ID, date of birth, mobile number registered to the Player's personal GCash or PayMaya account (where applicable), and a valid email address under the Player's exclusive control.

4.3 Account Verification. pinoy777 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal privileges or restrict gameplay on any account that has not completed the full KYC verification process. KYC may be initiated at registration, upon the Player's first withdrawal request, or at any point when pinoy777 deems verification necessary.

4.4 Corporate Accounts. Account registration on pinoy777 is available only to natural persons. Entities, corporations, trusts, and organizations may not register accounts. Any account found to be operated by or on behalf of a non-natural entity will be immediately suspended.

5.1 Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their pinoy777 account credentials, including username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. pinoy777 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone.

5.2 Players must notify pinoy777 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of their account. Contact our 24/7 live chat support at [email protected]. pinoy777 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access where the Player has failed to exercise reasonable care to protect their credentials.

5.3 pinoy777 strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their account. Sessions may be automatically terminated after a period of inactivity as a security measure.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pinoy777 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO Unibank, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed in the Cashier section at the time of transaction. Accepted methods may change without prior notice.

6.2 Currency. All transactions on pinoy777 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs arising from a Player's bank or e-wallet provider are the Player's sole responsibility.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Transactions.

• Minimum deposit: ₱100.00
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200.00
• Maximum single withdrawal: Subject to Player's loyalty tier and may be reviewed by pinoy777 on a case-by-case basis for large withdrawals.

6.4 Withdrawal Processing Time. pinoy777 aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawal requests within 3–10 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank via InstaPay or PESONet) are typically processed within 1–24 hours. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or when additional verification is required.

6.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. pinoy777 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. A Player's Real Money Balance must be wagered at least once before withdrawal unless pinoy777 expressly waives this requirement in writing.

6.6 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant after 180 consecutive days of inactivity. Dormant account balances may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of ₱50.00 or 1% of the remaining balance (whichever is lower), applied until the balance reaches zero or the Player reactivates the account. Players will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied.

6.7 Anti-Money Laundering. pinoy777 is obligated under Philippine law to report suspicious transactions and to conduct enhanced due diligence on unusual deposit or withdrawal patterns. Players agree to cooperate fully with any AML investigation, including providing source-of-funds documentation upon request.

7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by pinoy777 are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, as well as these general bonus terms. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified, bonus credits must be wagered the number of times stated in the relevant promotion before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement on pinoy777 is 25x the bonus amount unless the promotion specifies otherwise.

7.3 Bonus Abuse. The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and will result in immediate cancellation of the relevant bonus, forfeiture of derived winnings, and may result in account suspension:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once;
• Placing opposing bets (arbitrage) to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to fulfill wagering requirements;
• Coordinating with other Players to fulfill wagering requirements through collusion;
• Any other behavior that pinoy777 reasonably determines to be inconsistent with good-faith recreational play.

7.4 Bonus Expiry. Unclaimed or unfulfilled bonuses expire after the period stated in the relevant promotion, or after 30 calendar days if no expiry is specified. Expired bonus balances are automatically removed from the Player's account.

7.5 Employees and Affiliates. Current employees, contractors, and direct family members residing with employees of pinoy777 or its licensed game providers are not eligible to participate in any pinoy777 promotional offer.

8.1 Random Number Generation. All games offered on the pinoy777 platform that are not live dealer games use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. pinoy777 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence the RNG once a bet is placed.

8.2 Game Rules. Each game available on the pinoy777 platform has its own specific rules accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before wagering real money. pinoy777 accepts no responsibility for losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.

8.3 Malfunctions and Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, network interruption, or software error that affects a game in progress, pinoy777 reserves the right to declare the affected game round void and return the wagered amount to the Player. pinoy777 is not obligated to honour wins resulting from a game malfunction, and will not be liable for game interruptions caused by the Player's own device or internet connection.

8.4 Live Casino. Games offered under the WM Live and WL Live categories are streamed in real time from third-party studio operators. All live dealer game decisions are final once confirmed by the dealer and are governed by the rules of the applicable game variant. pinoy777 facilitates access to these studios but is not the direct operator of live dealer games.

9.1 The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pinoy777 platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false or misleading identity information during registration or KYC;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;

10.1 All content on the pinoy777 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, user interface elements, text, promotional materials, and software — is the property of pinoy777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pinoy777 platform solely for personal, recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit any commercial use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of any pinoy777 content.

10.3 The pinoy777 name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of any pinoy777 trademark — including in phishing pages, clone sites, or promotional materials not authorised in writing by pinoy777 — is strictly prohibited and actionable under Philippine intellectual property law.

11.1 pinoy777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and our Privacy Policy, which is available at pinoy777.one/privacy-policy.

11.2 By accepting these Terms, you consent to pinoy777 collecting and processing your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and — where you have provided consent — marketing communications.

11.3 pinoy777 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with licensed KYC providers, payment processors, PAGCOR (as required by law), and law enforcement authorities pursuant to a valid legal order.

12.1 pinoy777 is committed to responsible gaming and the protection of vulnerable players. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible via Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over specified periods;

13.2 pinoy777's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

13.3 pinoy777 is not responsible for the quality, availability, or integrity of third-party games, live dealer studios, payment processors, or any other third-party services integrated into the platform. Players use third-party services at their own risk.

13.4 Nothing in these Terms limits pinoy777's liability for: death or personal injury caused by pinoy777's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

14.1 These Terms, and all disputes arising from or in connection with the pinoy777 platform or these Terms, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

14.2 Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal dispute proceeding, Players are required to contact pinoy777 via support @ pinoy777.one and allow pinoy777 at least 30 calendar days to attempt to resolve the matter informally.

14.3 Formal Disputes. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Manila, Philippines, conducted in English in accordance with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act of 2004 (Republic Act No. 9285). The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding on both parties.

14.4 Gaming Disputes. Disputes specifically relating to game outcomes, bonus calculations, or PAGCOR-regulated gaming conduct may also be submitted to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution channels.

15.1 pinoy777 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly.

15.2 For material changes — those that significantly affect Player rights or obligations — pinoy777 will provide at least 14 calendar days' advance notice via email to the Player's registered address and/or through an in-platform notification banner.

15.3 Your continued use of the pinoy777 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure.

16.3 If you are dissatisfied with pinoy777's response to a formal complaint, and the matter falls within PAGCOR's jurisdiction, you may escalate your complaint to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
